SDK Setup & “Hello World” HowTo

Ballantyne has graciously posted a tutorial on how to setup the SDK in Andriod Studio, how to build a “Hello World” Plugin and how to setup ATAK in the emulator for testing. This is definitely worth a look if you want to try your hand at an ATAK/CivTAK Plugin, and are new to it.
